Shipping Methods

• Main shipping methods

There are three shipping methods we will be used, including expedited shipping, standard shipping, super savings shipping. For each shipping method, the most effective shipping carrier will be used to different destinations. There may be DHL & UPS & Fedex & 4px and other shipping carriers. 

 

1. Expedited shipping 

Estimated delivery time is normally 3-10 business days to most of destinations, the fastest shipping method worldwide. 

 

2. Standard shipping 

Estimated delivery time is normally 5-18 business days to most of destinations, standard shipping costs less but takes a bit longer than expedited shipping. 

 

3. Super Savings Shipping 

Estimated delivery time is normally 10-25 business days to most of destinations. Super savings shipping costs less but may take a bit longer than standard shipping.

• These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues. 
• For several destinations, the delivery time is different from the above delivery time, please refer to address page during the checkout process.
• The estimated delivery time does not include order processing time, and it will be affected by destination and package weight, the details can be clearly seen at address page during the checkout process.
• The shipping cost may be affected by destination, package weight and the shipping method you choose. The cost can be clearly viewed at address page during the checkout process. But luckily, we often have free shipping service event, customers can enjoy free shipping if the orders meet the event condition.

 

• Tips for choosing your desired courier?

According to the length of time and circumstances in different countries，customers always expect to receive their items at specific time, therefore, different couriers are chosen. 

The chosen couriers for the package based on a combination of the following: 

1. A) Weight and dimensions of package 
2. B) The location：We are shipping from (city, state, country or region) 
3. C) The location：We are shipping to (also called the destination country or region) 

 

 ∙ For different shipping method,the most cost-effective shipping carrier will be used to different destinations. There may be DHL & UPS & Fedex & 4px and other shipping carriers.  

 

 ∙ Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

 

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

 

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

 

Processing time: 

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
